Rich of 10 years of experience as a freelance therapist in Brussels, I have worked together hand in hand with other professionals here in Belgium and abroad on various retreats. EMBODIED SERVICES

Therapeutic Massage

Tailored to every individual’s need, I provide a full body or targeted holistic oil massage to release stress, emotions and tensions stored in the body. This treatment is combined with energy healing (and gentle breathwork if needed), inducing deep relaxation state to optimise the nervous system regulation.

Energy Healing

Hands on healing treatment that uses Reiki and Brennan healing techniques to induced a deep relaxation state. Providing a deeply safe space to process locked emotions and reach the subconscious. A treatment that will improve resilience capacity, increase self-awareness and experiment co-regulation. Gentle breathwork is offered with the treatment when needed.

Holotropic Breathwork

This transformative journey starts with a short meditation and a gentle yoga practice to gradually connect to the body and the breath. It’s followed by a dance practice with evocative music to accelerate the breath and dive deeper into movement. The hyperventilation is then induced and sustained by accelerated breathing, facilitating the access to an altered state of consciousness and access subconscious material. It leads to powerful emotional release and increases self-awareness.

Gentle Breathwork

A relaxing workshop to discover and experiment the different areas of the body that are connected to the breath (belly, ribs and upper chest) and then using the « full yogic breath » technique to consciously channel and expand the range of the breath to reach complete breathing. Inducing relaxation and gently releasing stress.

Yoga Practice

I teach an embodied vinyasa yoga practice that ranges from gentle to dynamic flow.

The class begins with a short meditation and a breathing practice, then I gradually induce movement with a sequence of postures varying in speed and intensity. It ends with floor stretches and a relaxation session.
