Thai Massage harmonizes the energies of body and mind by pressing, stretching and  manipulating the body, powerful healing forces are released to ease pain and stress, and correct postural alignment.Through a combination of acupressure, basic Yoga posture, reflexology, deep pressure techniques, stretching, therapist activates the major energy lines known as “Sen” which run from the feet to head. Either thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees, feet and body weight are used to bring the balance of these energies, relaxation to both the giver and receiver as a healing process and an effect of The Sacred Dance.

Neuromuscular therapy is a physical or manual therapy specializing in the treatment of soft tissue pain and injury and combines the best selection of soft tissue manipulation techniques developed by the last centuries pioneers in osteopathy, chiropractic, naturopathy and trigger point therapy.

Trigger point is a hyper irritable spot in soft tissue. It affects not only the muscle where the trigger point is located, but also causes “referred pain” in tissues supplied by nerves.  Trigger point therapy targets these spots to allow muscles to fully extend and work to their full potential.

Deep tissue is a type of body work that targets the deeper layer of muscles in the human body. Firm pressure is used to separate congested muscle fibers.

Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue work which helps increase restricted range of motion by relaxing contracted muscles and gentle manipulation of connective tissue.
